Tisovec dvojradý -Taxodium distichum
Tento majestátny ihličnan sa nachádza v blízkosti rybníka a železného mostíka. Oba jedince sú v našom parku dominantné. Ich jedinečné jesenné vyfarbovanie farebne dopĺňa jesennú atmosféru, ktorú park vytvára. Vzhľadom na podobnú výšku i obvod kmeňa odhadujeme, že oba jedince tohto druhu sú približne rovnako staré. Považujeme ho za vzácny zberateľský ihličnan. Tisovec, vytvára v zaplavených oblastiach dýchacie korene - tzv. pneumofory.
Double-rowed yew -Taxodium distichum
This majestic conifer is located near the pond and the iron bridge. Both individuals are dominant in our park. Their unique autumn coloring complements the autumn atmosphere that the park creates. Given the similar height and trunk circumference, we estimate that both individuals of this species are approximately the same age. We consider it a rare collector's conifer. Yew, creates respiratory roots in flooded areas - so-called pneumophores.
